As we continue to scale our production and innovation capabilities, we are looking for a skilled QHSE Lead who will help safeguard our quality standards and ensure a safe, compliant, and future‑proof workplace.
Role Overview
The QHSE Lead is responsible for leading and continuously improving our Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems. Because we operate a high‑precision production environment, the primary focus is on Quality Management. The secondary focus is Health, Safety, and Environment, including the implementation, updating, and monitoring of mandatory CAO‑related safety requirements and compliance with the Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E).
You will work closely with the Operations Manager, the production, engineering, R&D, and leadership teams to support our high-tech manufacturing processes and ensure our commitment to innovation is matched by our commitment to quality and safety.
