Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing company drivers and owner-operators.
- Recruit and onboard new drivers and owner-operators to grow capacity and support business expansion.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and timely communication.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to support repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and schedule loads efficiently to maximize profitability and meet customer requirements.
- Act as a dispatcher for drivers and owner-operators, providing clear instructions and support throughout the delivery process.
- Monitor load progress and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education (preferably Logistics, Business Administration or related field)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch operations (trucking industry experience preferred).
- Bilingualism (French/English) preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
