ECI Moncton is on the hunt for a Collections Coordinator to join our growing team!

At ECI Moncton, our Collections Coordinator is a key player in keeping the business strong, steady, and moving forward. You are the one connecting the dots by working with customers, solving payment challenges, and helping keep cash flow on track so the whole operation can succeed, this is a role where your judgment matters! If you like being in the middle of the action, building relationships, and turning problems into solutions, this is a great opportunity to step in and make your mark.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the full credit process, including reviewing applications, setting limits, and making informed approval decisions
• Stay on top of accounts receivable by monitoring aging, following up on overdue accounts, and maintaining healthy account balances
• Perform account reconciliations and review payments to ensure accuracy across customer and cash accounts
• Build strong relationships by assisting customers with account inquiries and providing timely, professional support
• Prepare and share monthly aging reports with management to support financial visibility and decision-making
• Jump in where needed by supporting deposits, assisting with fleet charge reconciliations, and help keep processes running smoothly

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a knack for problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in handling customer conversations
• Solid organization and time management skills to balance multiple priorities
• Experience with accounts receivable, credit, or finance is an asset
• A proactive mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt
