Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer order entry and coordination
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to support order delivery
  • Update and maintain order information in company systems
  • Help resolve order issues and ensure records are accurately maintained


Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college or university program in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner 
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with attention to detail 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment 
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and willingness to learn
