Director, Data & Analytics Products

We are seeking a Director, Data & Analytics Products, to lead the delivery of high impact data, analytics, and AI products that drive measurable business outcomes. This role partners closely with JDI business leaders to identify opportunities where data and analytics can meaningfully improve performance and competitive advantage and then leads cross functional teams to deliver those outcomes. 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Data, AI and Analytics, this leadership role requires a combination of strong product ownership, agile delivery leadership, and a solid understanding of data and AI, with the ability to influence, align, and drive change across a complex enterprise.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics products, ensuring they deliver measurable and sustainable business impact 

• Partner with senior business leaders to identify, prioritize, and shape analytics, AI, and data opportunities aligned to business strategy 

• Lead and enable cross-functional agile teams delivering analytics, AI, and data platform solutions 

• Ensure these initiatives meet business impact objectives and budgets 

• Build and mature product ownership capabilities related to data and analytics across the organization 

• Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders and team members, fostering a high performing, collaborative culture 

• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data engineering, analytics and AI 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics, sciences, or related discipline) 

• Experience in leading large projects and/or programs 

• Leadership experience delivering complex, cross functional initiatives 

• Proven experience leading data, analytics, or AI product delivery in a complex organization 

• Strong product ownership and agile leadership mindset 

• Ability to translate business problems into data driven solutions and business cases 

• Experience influencing and aligning senior leaders across multiple functions 

• Solid understanding of analytics, AI, and data concepts (e.g., advanced analytics, machine learning, optimization, data platforms) 

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills 

• Strong business judgment and ability to balance strategy with execution 

• Graduate degree (Master’s or MBA) considered an asset 

• Relevant certifications in Agile, Product Ownership, Data, or AI are an asset
