Petro Service Limited is an industry-leading solutions provider to the fueling landscape with operations throughout Canada. Established in 1985, the company has evolved from rebuilding gas pumps to becoming one of the fastest-growing petroleum service providers nationwide. Customers include owners and operators in retail fueling, car washes, and commercial/industrial markets, including conventional and alternative fueling (EV, Hydrogen, etc.).
The Dispatcher will be responsible for receiving, entering, and expediting customer service requests, coordinating contractors, and liaising with field supervisors, technicians, and customers across Canada. This role includes responding to inquiries and delivering high-quality customer service. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
As a Dispatcher, you will:
• Receive, enter, and dispatch customer service requests.
• Assign and coordinate work with contractors.
• Collaborate with field supervisors and outside field personnel.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure timely follow-up and communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Minimum high school education.
• Experience in facility management and/or contractor management.
• High energy, self‑motivated, and positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Detail‑oriented and deadline‑focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Team player with strong multitasking abilities.
• Bilingualism considered an asset.
