Qualifications
Operate embroidery machines on overnight shifts to produce high‑quality customized apparel. Follow production specifications, monitor quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting nightly targets. Schedule is 4:30 pm–2:30 am, four 10‑hour shifts per week.

- Operate embroidery machinery used in the production process
- Apply customer specific, required embroidery details
- Adapt to prioritization changes to meet the customer's due date
- Review completed pieces for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
Qualifications
Previous experience working on a embroidery machine is not required for this position, Chandler provides on the job training.
