  Responsibilities:  Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered  Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations  Maintaining personal and productivity goals  Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs  Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs  Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training  Assist with Brand awareness by assisting store management with social media  Qualifications:  0-3 years of retail experience  Some fitness background Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience  Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment   Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision  Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
