We're looking for a reliable, motivated individuals with a positive attitude toward teamwork to fill an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) position at our Saint-Leonard Sawmill.

What you'll do:

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical and industrial equipment in a production environment
• Perform SMAW and FCAW welding in all positions
• Troubleshoot, repair, assemble, and conduct preventive maintenance on machines
• Repair or replace chains, belt conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics, and more using electronic tools
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards

• Education: Industrial Mechanics diploma (Minimum Bloc 1 or higher)
• Experience: 2-5 years in an industrial environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Sawmill experience is an asset
• Ability to communicate in French
• Must meet JDI selection criteria
