The Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Create marketing materials that showcase our Group Insurance offerings, including advisor presentations, sales tools, and content across print, digital, web, and social media.
• Support the visibility and positioning of the Group Insurance line of business by developing content that highlights our key differentiators and value proposition.
• Contribute to email campaigns and help build and nurture the contact lists that keep our distribution network informed and engaged.
• Coordinate and maintain a marketing calendar, meeting with internal teams to align priorities and ensure planned activities reflect the goals of the Group Insurance line of business.
• Support events and initiatives that contribute to the visibility of our Group Insurance line of business across our distribution network.

What You'll Need

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing roles.
• Excellent written and communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to articulate value and adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing and content creation tools is an asset.
• Knowledge of group insurance is considered an asset.
