Job Summary

As a Rebar Detailer, you will play a key role in the success of our fabrication and field operations by producing high‑quality, detailed shop drawings for cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures. Responsibilities
Create accurate rebar shop drawings for cast‑in‑place concrete structures
Use specialized software such as Bentley MicroStation and aSa Rebar
Calculate and determine reinforcement requirements by considering construction sequence, formwork plans, and on‑site conditions.
Follow established guidelines, standards, and procedures
Assess all contract requirements for a project
Balance multiple projects and deadlines
Work closely with estimators, project managers, and field teams
Perform additional duties as required
Technical Requirements
Post-secondary education from a civil focused technical CAD program is considered an asset
Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
Familiarity with concrete construction practices
Business Requirements
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
