From the first conversation to the moment a customer drives away in their new vehicle, you will build relationships, understand customer needs, and help guide them to the Honda that fits their lifestyle. Compensation

This is a commission-based role; high-performing Sales Representatives have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually.

What Your Day Could Look Like

• Connecting with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
• Learning about customer needs and matching them with the right Honda vehicle
• Presenting vehicle features, benefits, and test drives with confidence
• Following up with prospects and building long term customer relationships
• Working with finance and management teams to finalize deals
• Staying informed on new Honda models, technology, and promotions
• Contributing to a positive and high energy sales team environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• A driven, goal oriented mindset with a passion for sales
• Professional presentation and a customer first approach
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities
• A team player who thrives in a performance driven environment
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract
