The Senior Process Analyst is responsible for supporting enterprise transformation initiatives by translating business needs into effective process and technology solutions. Working collaboratively with stakeholders and project teams, this role ensures business requirements are met, risks are identified and managed, and initiatives are delivered in alignment with Midland’s strategic priorities.

ResponsibilitiesBusiness Needs Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
- Develop detailed business requirements documents (i.e. use cases, user stories, functional specifications).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and communicate project progress.
- Resolve conflicts and address stakeholder concerns effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement process changes and monitor their impact on business outcomes.
- Provide leadership, mentorship and coaching to other business analysts and to support transition of the organization to agile execution
- Other areas where VP Business Transformation requires support
Stakeholder Management

Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise transformation roles.
- Proven ability to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong experience working on cross‑functional projects, identifying risks, and supporting delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strategic, results‑driven professional with strong business acumen, organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
