ASSOCIATED ALUMNI OFFICE
The Associated Alumni Office works on behalf of UNB and the independently incorporated UNB Associated Alumni to engage 100,000+ alumni living around the world in the life and success of UNB. Our work is guided by the Alumni Engagement Strategy and aligned with UNB's strategic vision. We proudly tell the story of our alumni and alma mater; celebrate university, student and alumni milestones and achievements; foster a culture of connection and contribution among students and alumni; and develop programs to help broaden and deepen alumni engagement. We support association governance, plan and support 100+ events annually, publish communications across multiple platforms, and offer many services, benefits and engagement opportunities for alumni.

Full-time | 3-Year Term | Fredericton | On-Campus
Standard Work Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week
Additional Working Conditions:
Occasionally required to be on-site after hours for major events and activities (e.g., graduation week, Reunion Weekend, Alumni Weekend, Proudly UNB Awards).
Salary Range: $51,626 - $70,362 per annum
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Alumni Services Representative (ASR) provides the first line of service to alumni inquiries, coordinates the benefits, perks, and services we offer to members, and helps to generate revenue for the Associated Alumni.
