WHAT WE OFFER

Full-time | Continuing | Saint John | On-Campus

Standard Work Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm | 36.25 hours per week

Additional Working Conditions:

  • Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required
  • Possibility of minimal travel between campuses (Fredericton/Saint John) and within the Maritimes

Salary Range: $41,826 - $52,284 per annum

YOUR FOCUS

Reporting to the Operations & Business Development Manager, the Client Service Representative will work to support prospective student inquiry, application and enrolment targets for UNB.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all students and key influencers throughout the recruitment funnel.
  • Respond to student inquiries in a professional and timely manner via email, phone and in person.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of UNB, including programs, admission requirements, services, policies, etc.
  • Work closely with the university community to facilitate an excellent prospective student experience.
  • Execute and track all communications with prospective students within the CRM using a variety of media such as email, phone, text message, packing and mailing of info packages, etc.
  • Assist the recruiters with follow-up to all recruitment initiatives.
  • Assist the Recruitment Marketing Team with development and implementation of communication plans.
  • Develop and maintain reports for communication and tracking purposes.
  • Check agent references and develop new agent files for review.
  • Coordinate commission payment paperwork to 3rd party agencies.
  • Assist with, organize and implement innovative recruitment activities and events, both on and off campus.
  • Assist with other duties when required.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • University degree, preference will be given to recent UNB degree holders.
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system.
  • Experience in customer service with a proven client service attitude.

  • Computer skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft windows environment and Office 365, word-processing programs and database management.
