The Opportunity
We are looking for a self-motivated and highly driven candidate for our opening as a Commercial Insurance Broker.
Our next co-worker will have at least 1 years' worth of recent customer service experience, and will be able to produce solid references who can attest to their client-wowing abilities!

What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Taking incoming calls from new and existing clients looking for insurance quotes or changes to their commercial insurance policies
- Researching and developing relationships with new prospective clients
- Setting up meetings with these prospects (telephone and face-to-face)
- Continuing education: keeping on top of insurance product developments
- Preparing and presenting proposals
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Drive and initiative
- Solid interpersonal skills (a genuine "people person")
- Excellent listening and communicating skills
- A high level of self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Master of efficiency and organization
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Commitment to continuing education (insurance courses and seminars)
- Fluent French/English bilingualism: written and spoken
- At least 1 year of previous general insurance experience
