The Path: You'll start by mastering the ropes in an Administrative role (data entry, phone support, and office magic). As you grow, we'll support you through your Insurance Licensing (on our dime!) to become a fully licensed Home & Auto Broker.

  • Providing day to day administrative support.
  • Data entry, directing calls, answering emails and file management.
  • Broker Training follows, and includes:
    • Helping the clients Identify their individuals' insurance needs and making recommendations
    • Managing current or prospective client inquiries (calls/e-mails/messages) (90%), in-office visits (10%)
    • Building and maintaining relationships with old and new clients alike (ie. building your portfolio of clients)
    • Regular reviews and upselling top insurance product developments to clients
    • Guiding clients through the insurance claims process
    • Assisting your peers as needed with day to day needs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: French & English (well written and spoken) - Required
  • High-school & post secondary - strongly recommended
  • Adminstrative Experence - Strong Asset
  • A willingness to undertake - and ability to pass - insurance licensing courses (note: we cover the cost, and provide support)
  • A clean criminal record (to qualify to become licensed)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative office environment,
  • You must live within a reasonable commuting distance from Shediac and / or Moncton area

Previous experience in insurance not required, just a willingness to learn and a desire to help people.
