True North Salmon, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., is a dynamic and growing east coast family company, with Platinum Member status in the Canada’s Best Managed Companies program. We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lead QA Monitor, reporting to the QA Supervisor at our St. George, NB facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor QA performance, efficiency, and data‑logging accuracy.
  • Conduct QA training sessions for team members.
  • Perform daily internal facility audits to ensure compliance and operational quality.
  • Monitor Out‑of‑Spec products and determine the root cause of nonconformities.
  • Complete customer rectification inspections related to product complaints.
  • Investigate customer complaints and conduct root‑cause analysis.
