FACULTY OF BUSINESS
The UNB Saint John Faculty of Business (FOB) offers a 12-month intensive MBA program and a Bachelor of Business program with industry backed specializations, numerous experiential learning opportunities, and a CEWIL accredited co-op program. The faculty, in collaboration with other UNB units, manages admissions, program advising, student engagement, experiential learning, curriculum development, alumni relations and community engagement.

Salary Range: $65,069 - $88,681 per annum (pre-July 1 economic adjustment)
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to the Dean of Business, the Manager of Integrated Student Experience and Retention plays a pivotal role in enhancing the student success, satisfaction and retention. This position provides the strategic direction to student support services, community building initiatives, and outreach efforts to create meaningful experiences for all business students. It also oversees a dedicated team of full-time and term staff involved in employer engagement, student development, and student experience.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in student experience management, admissions or related roles in post-secondary education, preferably involving both graduate and undergraduate programs.
Previous experience as a team leader or manager is required.
Project Management, Business Development/Sales and/or Professional Communications experience would be an asset.
Proven ability to design, implement and evaluate strategic plans.
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with the ability to promote a welcoming and supportive campus climate for students, faculty and staff asset.
Additional Strengths

Track record in relationship development and community engagement.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, trust, and collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Familiarity with admissions processes, and enrollment management in higher education settings.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
Experience in managing high performance teams.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize actions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
