Recruitment and Enrolment works with prospective students of all ages everywhere, sharing the value of UNB's programs, research, scholarships and services to improve their future. The unit drives healthy enrolment, nurtures leads and provides outreach to anybody interested in applying to UNB. Recruitment & Enrolment collaborates with units and faculties across UNB to ensure the application process is followed by a successful transition into study and maintaining their interest in the institution.

YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to the Manager, Communication & Conversion, the Recruitment Communication Specialist is responsible for executing Student Recruitment's email and text message communication plan to recruit domestic and international students to UNB. This position oversees the upkeep of all external recruitment-owned web pages.
Collaborate with the CRM Recruit working group who build and manage campaigns, audience segments and proper CRM workflows.
Develop HTML templates, manage and update existing templates, and ensure emails follow UNB brand guidelines.
Write email and text message copy as needed for reminders and newsletters.
Maintain and test communication plans delivered via the CRM. Guide implementation with all content in other plans to ensure a cohesive overall message.
Collaborate with the Office of the Registrar on both campuses to maintain timely updates.
Conduct an annual audit of all recruitment-owned webpages.
Audit event pages daily during fall and winter semesters when event RSVPs are live.
Maintain working relationships with digital marketing and key managers in admissions.
Work with other members of the Communication & Conversion team to deliver content they create via the CRM.
Assist in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives and digital platforms.
Research other universities and maintain an understanding of competition in the marketplace.
Liaise with faculties/staff on both campuses to keep abreast of changes in programs, policies, and facilities.
Additional duties as required.
