The Opportunity

As an integral part of our team, you will:

• Install roofing systems using materials such as shingles, membranes, and waterproofing products
• Apply insulation, vapour barriers, and sealing materials according to specifications
• Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials using hand and power tools
• Secure roofing materials using fasteners, adhesives, and sealing compounds
• Inspect roofing installations to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with occupational health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to meet deadlines

• 2-4 years of on-the-job experience as a roofer
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions
• Trade certification (Red Seal) is an asset but not required
• A team-first attitude and a willingness to jump in where needed

Prestige Homes has been manufacturing beautiful and functional modular homes since 1973, from our manufacturing facility located in Sussex, New Brunswick. This is where our skilled employees precision-engineer modules (sections) of homes to be delivered to the home site, where they are then fitted together and roofing, siding, drywall and flooring are installed.
