What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Engage customers through phone, email, text, personalized videos, and in-person interactions
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate vehicle options
- Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
- Maintain an active pipeline and follow up on leads consistently
- Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and negotiations professionally
- Generate repeat and referral business through strong client relationships
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (automotive experience is an asset, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-based environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset, not mandatory
- Valid Class 5 driver's license

What Success Looks Like
Successful Sales Associates consistently achieve 12+ vehicle sales per month by effectively managing their pipeline, building strong customer relationships, and generating repeat and referral business.
Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year, based on performance
High-performing Sales Consultants earn $125,000+.
