What you'll do

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Engage customers through phone, email, text, personalized videos, and in-person interactions
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate vehicle options
  • Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
  • Maintain an active pipeline and follow up on leads consistently
  • Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and negotiations professionally
  • Generate repeat and referral business through strong client relationships

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (automotive experience is an asset, not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, performance-based environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset, not mandatory
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Successful Sales Associates consistently achieve 12+ vehicle sales per month by effectively managing their pipeline, building strong customer relationships, and generating repeat and referral business.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year, based on performance
High-performing Sales Consultants earn $125,000+.
