Job Description
Bubbles Haircare is seeking a Salon Manager to lead our Saint John salon. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, team leadership, inventory management and ensuring a consistently positive experience for both clients and staff.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Leading day-to-day salon operations (scheduling, staffing, and flow)
- Coaching, supporting, and developing your team
- Delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families
- Managing inventory and maintaining an organized, efficient space
- Handling client questions and resolving issues with professionalism
- Providing regular updates to the Owner on operations and key prioritie
If you're a licensed stylist, you'll also spend time behind the chair.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Experience in a salon environment (licensed stylist is a strong asset)
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Confident, organized, and comfortable taking initiative
- Someone who enjoys working with kids and families
- A team-focused leader who brings energy and accountability
