ECI Moncton is looking for a hands-on Service Manager who enjoys leading a team and keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you will be the key person ensuring the service department stays on track by supporting technicians, resolving challenges as they arise, and making sure every customer leaves confident they have been well taken care of. You will help set the pace for the day, create a positive team environment, and build a dependable service experience customers can count on. If you take pride in strong teamwork, organized processes, and delivering excellent customer service, we would love to have you lead the way at ECI Moncton.

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals. 
• Drive customer satisfaction, profitability, and service excellence. 
• Oversee repair procedures and uphold standards. 
• Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics. 
• Manage shop tools, equipment, and organization to maximize efficiency. 
• Train and develop team members for continuous improvement. 
• Monitor productivity and performance to ensure department goals are met. 
• Deliver timely, outstanding customer service and support. 
• Foster a customer-first culture through coaching and mentorship. 

What You Bring to the Team: 

• 5+ years of automotive experience, ideally in the service department. 
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. 
• Highly organized, hardworking, and self-driven. 
• Strong time management abilities to oversee our service operations. 
• Prior leadership experience is a strong asset.
