Truefoam is seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to grow and strengthen our building supply yard market presence across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and PEI. Responsibilities

Our Territory Manager, Building Supply Yards - Atlantic (Mainland) is responsible for executing strategic sales plans that drive sustainable revenue growth. This role focuses on expanding sales, developing new business opportunities, and serving as a trusted partner to customers by delivering product knowledge, solutions, and exceptional service. You will act as a commercial partner to customers while identifying new opportunities aligned with Truefoam's growth objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the NB, NS, and PEI market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory channel.
  • Deliver technical education to distribution partners, dealers, and contractors, enabling them to effectively sell and support our products.
  • Support construction channel partner stores through the delivery of education and promotional activities.
  • Drive growth within existing customer base through identification of value added product and service offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted technical resource by demonstrating proper product usage, applications, and best practices for potential distribution partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

What you'll need

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing, packaging or construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Office Productivity Suite (Google).
  • Certifications: Sales certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person) is a plus

  • Total compensation ranges from $100,000 - $130,000+, which includes base salary, a quarterly performance bonus, and an unlimited annual territory growth bonus.
  • Hybrid role, with travel to headquarters in Dartmouth, NS, on a minimum quarterly basis.
  • Travel will be approximately 25% of the role.
