We are seeking motivated individuals for Carpenter roles, ranging in experience from Carpenter Apprentice to Red Seal Carpenter, to join our team in a busy indoor production environment. These roles operate in a fast-paced environment and offer strong work-life balance through a 4-day work week with guaranteed full-time hours.

What you'll do
Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and building components.
- Construct and install interior structural elements and finish components.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure work meets building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet schedules and production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
What you'll need
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of carpentry methods, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
- 2+ years experience working within carpentry, or as a Carpenter Helper.
- Block 1 (or more) of Carpentry and/or Skilled Trade Qualifications preferred.
- Valid Red Seal Carpenter certification (Interprovincial Endorsement) is an asset.

This is where our skilled employees precision-engineer modules (sections) of homes to be delivered to the home site, where they are then fitted together and roofing, siding, drywall and flooring are installed.
