The Opportunity
Prestige Homes, a division of The Shaw Group Limited, has been designed and building mini, modular, and multi-family homes to the highest quality and customer standards for over 50 years.
We are seeking an experienced Siding Installer to join our production team in a high-volume residential home manufacturing facility.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced prescision work, takes pride in clean finishes, and wants the stability of indoor, year-round construction without travel between job sites.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
As an integral part of our team, you will:
- Measure, cut, and fit prefabricated siding materials correctly
- Fasten siding materials using nails, screws, or other provided fasteners
- Operate hand and power tools related to siding installation
- Seal joints, edges, and corners to prevent water leakage and create a weatherproof finish
- Inspect finished surfaces to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain productivity targets while ensuring workmanship meets trade standards
- Follow workplace safety procedures and housekeeping requirements
What you'll need
Qualifications
- 2+ Years experience in siding installation
- Knowledge of different types of siding materials and their installation process
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, maneuvering materials manually, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Experience in a manufacturing or modular home environment is considered an asset

Prestige Homes has been manufacturing beautiful and functional modular homes since 1973, from our manufacturing facility located in Sussex, New Brunswick. This is where our skilled employees precision-engineer modules (sections) of homes to be delivered to the home site, where they are then fitted together and roofing, siding, drywall and flooring are installed.
