WorkSafeNB is looking to hire a Continuous Improvement Student to support our Planning and Operational Performance team. You will take day-to-day directions from the Performance Specialist and will be given guidance and support from the entire Planning and Operational Performance team. You will help the Performance Specialist solve operational and strategic process problems to improve service delivery, client experience and employee engagement. You will achieve these goals by applying statistical analysis techniques, process mapping, and data trending, to inform business decisions.
Salary and Hours of Work:
High school completed $16.40.
1 year of post-secondary completed $16.90.
2 years of post-secondary completed $17.40.
3 years of post-secondary completed $17.90.
4 years of post-secondary completed $18.40.
Competencies:
Written and spoken competency in English is required.
